Information We Collect
Wardrobe stores the account details you provide, such as your name, email address, username, saved items, tags, categories, looks, events, preferences, and activity needed to power your wardrobe, canvas, and shopping features. We also store images you upload, including item images, look images, canvas images, and category cover images.
Retailer Imports
When you save an item from a retailer, Wardrobe may process the product page URL and publicly available product information such as title, brand, price, currency, description, images, materials, and availability signals. This helps create the saved item, refresh product details, and show previews in your wardrobe.
AI Features
Wardrobe uses AI to support features such as generated tags, materials mix, and Value Score. For these features, we send only publicly available product information from retailer pages, such as the product title, brand, price, description, source URL, and materials. We do not send your personal account details or uploaded personal images to AI providers for Value Score or product metadata enrichment.
How We Use Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, sync your saved products, save and edit looks, personalize your wardrobe, support sharing and import features, generate optional smart features, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and performance. Push notifications and marketing emails are optional and can be turned off in Settings at any time.
Internal Reporting and Quality Monitoring
We use internal analytics, logging, and reporting tools to monitor app performance, scraping quality, backend reliability, feature usage, support issues, and service errors. These tools may process account identifiers, saved item metadata, product URLs, scrape and debug logs, generated tags, error logs, and usage events. We use this information to troubleshoot problems, improve accuracy, detect failures, and maintain the service. We do not use this data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Sharing and Storage
Your information is stored and processed with service providers needed to run Wardrobe, including authentication, database, storage, backend scraping, AI processing, app platform, and reliability infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information. Public retailer product information may be processed by our backend and AI providers to create item metadata and Value Score.
Uploads and Saved Content
Images and content you upload or save remain yours or the relevant rights holder's. You give Wardrobe permission to store, display, process, and resize that content only as needed to provide the app features you use.
Retention and Deletion
We keep your account data, saved items, uploaded images, looks, events, and preferences while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You can request account deletion in Settings. Deletion permanently removes your account access and associated app data, although backups, logs, or security records may take additional time to expire.
Your Rights and Choices
You can update account details in Settings and request deletion of your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can contact us to exercise these rights.
International Processing
Wardrobe's service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
