Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 June 2026
Use of the App
Wardrobe is provided for personal use to help you save, organize, and style fashion items. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
Saved Content
You are responsible for the links, items, images, looks, tags, notes, events, and other content you save, upload, or create through the app. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload or save that content.
Retailer Content and Web Imports
Saved content imported from third-party retailers remains the property of those brands or retailers. Wardrobe only surfaces that content to support your personal use of the app, and imported product details, pricing, images, and availability may change without notice.
AI and Value Score
Generated tags, materials mix, and Value Score are informational only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on limited public retailer information. Value Score is not professional, financial, environmental, or purchasing advice, and you should use your own judgment before buying an item.
Third-Party Retailers
Wardrobe is not responsible for third-party retailer websites, products, pricing, descriptions, materials, stock, delivery, returns, or purchases. Any purchase you make is between you and the retailer.
Availability
We may update, change, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or of third-party retailer content.
Service Monitoring
We may monitor service performance, scrape quality, errors, and usage patterns to maintain Wardrobe, investigate technical issues, and improve reliability.
Account and Termination
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is abused or used in a way that harms the service or other users.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content; attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app; misuse scraping or sharing features; or use Wardrobe in a way that violates another person's rights.
Liability
Wardrobe is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate retailer information, unavailable products, AI-generated output, user content, third-party services, or interruptions to the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
